Human Resource Generalist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage employee onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
• Handle grievances and attendance management, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
• Oversee leave management, including processing requests and maintaining accurate records.
• Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, providing guidance, and promoting open communication.

Job Requirements :

• 2-3 years of experience in Human Resource Generalist role or related field.
• Strong understanding of Attendance Management, Employee Onboarding, Leave Management, Grievance Handling processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective employee relations and conflict resolution.
