Human Resource Generalist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Oversee factory HR operations, including employee recruitment, training, and development.
• Ensure statutory compliance by maintaining accurate records of industrial relations, labour welfare, and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate HR generalist activities such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements :

• Strong knowledge of contract labour management practices and labour laws.
• Proven track record in managing complex HR projects related to factory HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in HR administration, industrial relations, and labour welfare is desirable.
