Position Summary

Buchanan Place Care Center is a full-service nursing facility specializing in complex care. We are committed to providing high-quality clinical and rehabilitative services in a compassionate, supportive environment designed to meet the evolving needs of our patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and maintaining open communication.
• Implement employee recognition and engagement programs to enhance morale and retention.
• Serve as a trusted HR partner, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.

HR Operations & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage training and development initiatives, including safety training, handbook updates, and anti-harassment programs.
• Support HRIS and data management functions to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure internal communications are clear and effective, helping employees understand their role in the broader company mission.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

• Support end-to-end recruitment efforts
• Process offers, background checks, and coordinate new hire orientation with managers.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding, ensuring new hires have the necessary resources and a smooth transition into their roles.

Strategic HR Initiatives:

• Contribute to HR-related projects that support operational efficiency and business growth.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance HR processes and employee experiences.
