- Timely Deployment: Fill open positions within agreed Turnaround Times (TAT) and coordinate candidate deployment with functional heads.
- Talent Pipeline: Periodically refine the candidate database and cultivate ongoing relationships with past applicants.
- Skill Development: Seek active feedback and conduct self-introspection to improve communication and people-handling capabilities.
