What they need
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR documents such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Increment Letters, Experience Letters, and Relieving Letters.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with complete accuracy.
- Update and maintain HRMS, employee database, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Support statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and labour law documentation.
- Maintain employee files, digital folders, and audit-ready documentation.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and HR operations.
- Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and operational MIS using Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders for smooth HR operations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and HR communications.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Participate in process improvements and continuous operational excellence.
- Assist in audits and compliance activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
