Human Resource Generalist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, productivity, and retention within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR functions.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles across different departments.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations, making recommendations for process enhancements.
• Handling Statutory compliances and Payroll for Blue Collar workers.

Job Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of human resource generalist principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
