HR Generalist Travel Industry

We are looking for an HR Generalist with 2–3 years of experience in the travel industry to manage day-to-day HR activities and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Manage onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Support recruitment and employee lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and HR documentation.
• Assist with performance management and employee engagement.
• Prepare HR MIS and ensure HR policy compliance.
• Act as a bridge between employees and management.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the travel domain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of HR operations and employee relations.
• Immediate joiner/short notice candidate preferred.
