Human Resource Generalist

We are looking for a HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and HRMS.
• Manage attendance, leave, shifts and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate PF, ESI and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate performance reviews, confirmation and appraisal processes.
• Manage employee engagement and training activities.
• Handle exit formalities, clearance and full & final settlement coordination.
• Prepare HR MIS reports on headcount, hiring, attrition and attendance.
• Work closely with Operations and department heads for manpower planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 36 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination and employee relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience in logistics, mobility, fleet, startup or operations-driven companies is preferred.
