JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role: HR Generalist (HRIS/Payroll)

Designation: Executive / Senior Executive

Department : HR Services

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage HRIS data, including organization structure and employee records.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance with DPDP regulations.
• Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications (FSD), and coordinate system enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between HR stakeholders and technology teams for project execution.
• Support HRIS administration, reporting, analytics, and ongoing system improvements.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement and optimize HR digital solutions.
• Manage PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other statutory compliances
• Handle employee benefits such as Mediclaim, Insurance,and Gratuity
• Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll deductions
• Process Full & Final settlements, leave encashment,and exit formalities
• Prepare payroll MIS reports and support audits
• Address employee queries related to payroll, PF, ESI, and benefits
