Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Generalist to manage HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and campus hiring activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HRMS.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
• Manage employee engagement, performance appraisals, and HR documentation.
• Implement HR policies and address employee queries.
• Coordinate with colleges and universities for campus recruitment drives, internships, placement activities, and student assessments.
• Build relationships with placement officers and manage campus hiring coordination and follow-ups.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
