Human Resource Group Head

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies that support the bank's business objectives and enhance organizational performance

• Oversee all recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure we attract top talent aligned with our values and competency requirements

• Lead employee development and training initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and skills enhancement program

• Manage compensation and benefits program, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with industry standards

• Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and well-being

• Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced qualifications (MBA or professional HR certification) are highly desirable

• Minimum 5years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within a financial services, banking, or large corporate environment

• Proven expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures at an organizational level

• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and performance management

• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to build and develop high-performing HR teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization

• Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational change
