Job Description

Develop and implement company policies Supports management objectives Monitors compliance with labor laws and regulations Manages employee’s wellness and performance Coordinates with Legal Counsel Coordinates with accredited employment agency Oversees mandatory remittance process Represents the company on legal and labor affairs Monitors the end-to-end process of recruitment Prepares and updates job descriptions and compensation package for the new and existing positions as needed. Propose and organize company events and activities Performs other tasks needed to be done within the department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company policies
• Supports management objectives
• Monitors compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Manages employee’s wellness and performance
• Coordinates with Legal Counsel
• Coordinates with accredited employment agency
• Oversees mandatory remittance process
• Represents the company on legal and labor affairs
• Monitors the end-to-end process of recruitment
• Prepares and updates job descriptions and compensation package for the new and existing positions as needed.
• Propose and organize company events and activities
• Performs other tasks needed to be done within the department

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business- preferably human resources, psychology, or any related field
• At least 3 years of experience working in the field of Human Resources
• Knowledgeable on all Human Resource procedures and processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable and can work independently.
