Human Resource (HR) Assistant

Requirements    :

·      Possess minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related field;

·      Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;

·      Possess basic administrative and organisational skills;

·      Computer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Email); Proficiency to process intermediate or advance functions and formulas in Excel will be an added advantage;

·      Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia;

·      Positive working attitude, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment;

Responsibilities  :

·      Handle Industrial Relations related tasks on disciplinary matters;

·      Conduct investigations and written show cause sessions;

·      Prepare warning letters for assigned cases;

·      Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within HR department;

·      Data entry and maintenance on disciplinary cases;

·      Sorting and filing documents, ensuring document security and accuracy;

·      Answer and screen incoming calls, when needed, to relay messages to the right recipients;

·      Perform any other duties assigned by superior as and when required.
