Key Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing,
• Support Employer Branding and HR communication activities across social media and internal communication channels.
• Create engaging visual content for HR activities using Canva.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and other documents as assigned.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when required.
• Support other HR projects and tasks assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Available for an internship period of at least 3 months.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and able to create visual content using Canva.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
