Human Resource (HR) Intern/OJT

Quadstruct is currently looking for Human Resource (HR) Intern /OJT!

Qualifications:

• Currently taking up Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in using basic MS Office applications, Canva, and other necessary software/applications.
• Strong interest in pursuing a Human Resources career path.
• Willing to undergo on-site training in Makati City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keen to details on filing and keeping HR non-confidential files (201 files) and documents up to-date.
• Strongly participates on Employee Engagement activities and program planning.
• Assists the HR Department in various HR facets.
• Provides day to day administrative support to HR Department.

Learnings:

• Exposure to a fast-paced and professional workplace culture.
• Development of soft and technical skills.
• Hands on experience on actual office administration and HR operations.
