POSITION: HR OFFICER

Job Location: Ikotun, Lagos
Salary: ₦70,000 – ₦100,000 Monthly
Work Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday, with one day off per week
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

JOB SUMMARY

Our client is seeking a firm, assertive, organised and fair HR Officer to manage staff attendance, discipline, recruitment, and performance while ensuring strict compliance with company policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage staff attendance, punctuality, and general discipline.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation.
Monitor employee performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
Address staff concerns and disciplinary issues professionally.
Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports.
Enforce company rules fairly and consistently.
Support management in maintaining a productive and professional work environment.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALITIES

Previous HR experience is an advantage.
Must be firm, strict, assertive, organised, and fair.
Must possess excellent communication and people-management skills.
Must be confident in addressing staff misconduct and performance issues.
Must maintain professional boundaries and avoid unnecessary familiarity with staff.
Must be able to enforce company policies consistently.
