Human Resource Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will get hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, HR operations, and other HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate and employee records.
• Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Handle basic HR-related queries and follow-ups.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain databases.
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility:

• Freshers and students pursuing BBA, MBA, BA, B.Com, or related courses can apply.
• Candidates interested in building a career in HR and recruitment are preferred.
