• Source candidates through various job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Search and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to the required skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
• Prepare and share interview feedback with the recruitment team.
• Assist in posting job openings on different job portals and social media platforms.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Meet assigned hiring targets within the given timelines.
