Human Resource Intern

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions and is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in talent acquisition and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support the onboarding and documentation process for new hires.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
• Help ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to the HR department.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.
