Position: Human Resources Intern

Location: Work From Home / Hybrid (as applicable)

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: Paid

Timing : 10 - 7pm

Working days - 5.5days

*About the Role*

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our dynamic team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, employee coordination, and HR operations, making it an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates to build their careers in Human Resources.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Source and screen candidate profiles through job portals and social media platforms.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers.
• Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening of applicants.
• Support onboarding and documentation activities.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
• Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

*Eligibility Criteria* :

• Pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, or related courses.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
