Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented C&B Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to Compensation & Benefits processes and support the team in various HR data, reporting, documentation, and analytical activities. Role & responsibilities

Job Role

• Support the C&B team in day-to-day compensation and benefits activities.
• Assist with HR data management, validation, and maintenance.
• Support preparation and maintenance of MIS reports, dashboards, and HR analytics.
• Assist in analysing employee compensation data and identifying trends or discrepancies.
• Support activities related to salary structures, compensation benchmarking, and employee benefits as required.
• Assist with data reconciliation and validation across HR systems and reports.
• Support the team during annual compensation cycles, employee data audits, and other C&B projects
