UDS Architects LLP is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

Location: One Lodha Place, Lower Parel (West), Mumbai
Working Hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday–Saturday | 4th Saturday Off
Employment Type: Full-Time | 3–6 Months
Stipend: Competitive

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, and other platforms
• Search, review, and shortlist suitable profiles
• Conduct initial screening calls and collect candidate details
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and joining
• Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and active talent pipelines
• Assist with job postings, offers, joining, and onboarding
• Support the HR team with documentation and daily HR activities

Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Freshers are welcome to apply
