Human Resource Intern

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Follow up with candidates for interview scheduling and documentation
• Support onboarding and joining formalities
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns
• Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Eligibility Criteria:

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn

Preferred Skills:

• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn hiring is an added advantage
