Position : Intern - Human Resources

Reporting to: Lead Human Resources

Function : Human Resources

Educational Qualification:- Pursuing or completed a Postgraduate degree

Work experience (in years) :- Fresher

Roles & Responsibilities : -

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and

onboarding.

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and recruitment databases.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Analyze HR and business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and automate

repetitive tasks.

• Coordinate with different departments to collect, validate, and analyse operational data.
• Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations

Key Skills/Experience the Candidate Should:

• Good understanding of Human Resource Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup

Functions, Charts, Conditional Formatting).

• Good understanding of Statistics and Data Analysis.
• Ability to create dashboards and visualize data.
• Knowledge of variance analysis, trend analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or

Microsoft Copilot.

• Basic knowledge of Power BI or Tableau (Preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
