Roles & Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in onboarding, employee documentation, and joining formalities.
• Support HR operations, attendance records, and employee data management.
• Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and internal events.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR activities.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
