Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media hiring
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews / telephonic screening
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & clients
• Maintain candidate database and update ATS / CRM
• Draft job descriptions and post jobs on portals
• Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and offer closures
• Support senior recruiters in daily hiring activities

Eligibility

• MBA / PGDM in HR (Pursuing or Completed) or Graduate (Pursuing) with interest in HR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in recruitment / HR career
• Basic knowledge of hiring process preferred
