Urgent Requirement for the profile of HR Recruiter / HR Intern for Chattarpur Delhi.

Designation :- HR Recruiter / HR Intern

Experience :- Fresher - 2 years

Location :- Chattarpur Delhi

Working Days :- 6

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen candidate profiles and resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/online candidate screening.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and joining.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and daily/weekly hiring updates.
• Support the HR team in various recruitment and employee-related activities.

Requirements

• Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field preferred.
• 0-1 year of experience; freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
