• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in the HR function
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience AI tools is an advantage
