What they need
- Drive daily case tracking and MIS governance
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely process movement and case initiation
- Drive vendor follow-ups for timely case closure and SLA adherence
- Manage candidate insufficiencies and drive timely resolution
- Provide proactive BGV status updates and stakeholder reporting
- Perform BGV report quality checks and ensure accurate documentation
- Monitor vendor errors, SLA misses, and operational performance
- Drive timely closure of cases and ensure adherence to defined TATs
- Drive document collection and validation and resolve onboarding exceptions/insufficiencies.
- Track onboarding progress through MIS/HR systems and ensure timely updates and data accuracy.
- Facilitate Day 1 readiness, including joining formalities, attendance, documentation, and system requirements.
- Monitor and resolve onboarding issues through effective stakeholder follow-up and escalation.
- Provide regular onboarding status reports and highlight risks, delays, and pending actions.
