Human Resource Intern

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Human Resource Intern to join our team at CTC Global Pte. Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch their career in Human Resources and gain practical, hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing organisation. Based in the Central Region, this is a full-time position that will provide you with valuable exposure to all facets of HR operations, from recruitment and employee relations to training and development. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals who are committed to mentoring and supporting your development throughout your internship.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and preparing interview materials

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality

• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation

• Assist with employee relations matters, including documentation and communication support

• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Enthusiasm for learning about HR practices and employee relations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work
• Prior internship experience or HR-related coursework is desirable but not essential
