HR Generalist Intern

Location: Pune, Hinjewadi Phase 1
Experience: Fresher or 6 months to 1 year
Duration of internship: 6 Months
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Stipend: 15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Assist with recruitment, interview coordination and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, HR trackers and documentation.
• Support attendance, leave and payroll-related activities.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
• Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders on HR-related queries.
• Support HR policies, MIS and other generalist activities.

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
• Proactive, organized and willing to learn.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Career Opportunity:
This is a 6-month internship with INR 15,000/month stipend. Based on performance, the candidate may be absorbed onto the company payroll after 6 months with a revised/increased salary.
