*Roles & Responsibilities:*

Source potential candidates from job portals as per client requirements.

Screen resumes and contact relevant candidates via phone/email.

Assess applicants skills, knowledge, and suitability for various roles.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data.

Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job openings.

Understand hiring needs in IT, Pharma, and Automation domains.

Support HR and recruitment team in daily tasks and administrative duties.

Strong work ethic, dedication, and ability to meet targets.
