Job Summary

This is an on-site role for a Human Resource Intern based in Gandhinagar. The intern will support HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee documentation, office administration, and basic accounting assistance under guidance from senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative activities
• Support recruitment processes including CV screening and interview coordination
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with onboarding documentation and record updates
• Support office administration and internal coordination tasks
• Assist with basic accounting work such as data entry, invoices, and expense records
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality while handling company data

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources management
• Familiarity with scanning CVs and interview coordination
• Strong documentation and record management skills
• Good organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site work environment
• Candidates pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields preferred
