Human Resource Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist the HR team with recruitment and candidate sourcing activities.
• Screen candidate profiles and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Communicate with candidates through calls, emails, and messages regarding job opportunities and interview schedules.
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Assist in onboarding and documentation processes for selected candidates.
• Follow up with candidates and maintain proper communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the HR team with employee engagement and other day-to-day HR activities.
• Assist with preparing HR reports, maintaining records, and coordinating administrative tasks.
• Learn and support the implementation of HR tools, recruitment platforms, and basic HR automation processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Email.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes is preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and team members.
• Good organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new HR tools and technologies.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee management, and HR operations.
• Freshers and candidates with internship-level experience are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with knowledge or interest in AI tools and HR automation will be an added advantage.
