Role & responsibilities

• Strong communication, listening, presentation and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to understand a client's HR concerns and translate them into practical HR solutions.
• Strong relationship-building and client-handling skills.
• Good questioning and need-analysis skills.
• Ability to explain HR solutions in a simple and business-friendly manner to startup founders and HR professionals.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of HR operations, payroll, compliance and HRMS is preferred.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Self-motivated, organized and capable of managing multiple enquiries and opportunities simultaneously.
