Talent Acquisition Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
• Understand manpower requirements from departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and consultants.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads.
• Conduct initial HR interviews.
• Discuss salary and negotiate with candidates.
• Prepare and release offer letters.
• Follow up with candidates until joining.
• Complete joining and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain recruitment records and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants and agencies.
