Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are interested in gaining practical exposure in Human Resources. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process and maintain employee documentation.
• Update and maintain recruitment trackers and HR records.
• Assist in drafting HR-related emails, letters, and documents.
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
• Help with data entry, filing, and HR administrative activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a professional environment.
