About the Role

Were looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support day-to-day HR activities across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, onboarding, and employee engagement. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to build strong HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain HR records, trackers, and employee data
• Support attendance, leave, and other HR operations
• Coordinate employee engagement and culture initiatives
• Assist with other day-to-day HR activities

What We’re Looking For

• 3 months–1 year of internship/work experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Available to work from our HSR Layout, Bengaluru office
