Human Resource Intern

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment process by coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
• Manage employee engagement activities such as team building events, training programs, and social gatherings to foster a positive work environment.
• Support HR administration tasks including maintaining accurate records in Google Sheets, processing joining formalities, and handling exit formalities.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for resource management, talent acquisition, and retention.
• Provide excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in human resources or related field (freshers welcome).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.B.A. / B.M.S. preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment processes, coordination skills, team management abilities.
• Proficiency in using tools like Google Sheets for data analysis and documentation purposes.
• Willing to travel whenever required for HR-related work.
