About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build practical experience across multiple areas of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidate interviews.
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with candidates and interviewers for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support onboarding activities and documentation for new employees.
• Assist with maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
• Help with HR MIS, reports, and other administrative activities.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
• Assist the HR team with other day-to-day tasks and projects as required.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Education

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
