Job Description – Human Resource

• Assists in all recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and
• interviewing candidates for Junior level requirements
• Managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth
• transition into the organization
• Administering employee benefit programs and addressing inquiries related
• to benefits
• Handling employee relations matters and resolving conflicts in a fair and
• timely manner
• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with
• relevant labor laws
• Coordinating training and development programs to enhance employee
• skills and performance
• Supporting the performance management process, including conducting
• performance reviews
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and
• procedures
• Participating in HR projects and initiatives to improve overall organizational
• effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
• related field
• Min. 1 year experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
• In-depth knowledge of human resource laws, regulations, and best
• practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
