Human Resource Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and sourcing of candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Assist in HR operations and employee engagement activities
• Maintain and update HR MIS reports.
• Assist in (L&D) activities, including training coordination, maintaining training records, scheduling sessions, collecting feedback and supporting learning initiatives.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; candidates currently pursuing (First Year/Second Year) or having completed graduation/MBA.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Eagerness to learn and grow in HR domain
