• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, social media, job portals, and other platforms.
• Generate and manage relevant candidate profiles.
• Communicate with candidates and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Assist with candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Meet assigned sourcing and conversion targets.
• Support the HR team in recruitment-related activities.
