Recruiter Intern

Location: Gurugram Sector 51
Duration: 3 Months
Work Mode: Work From Office

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist the recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate or pursuing graduation/MBA in HR.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
