Human Resource Intern

About the role

This is an On the Job Training (OJT) position in Human Resource Management. You will assist the HR team across recruitment, administrative support, employee records management, and HR events coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment process, including creation of materials for job posts, job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews and employee engagement
• Update HR dashboard and files in hardcopy including 201
• Ensure completion of documents required
• Research on HR trends, policies, and practices as may be required by the HR team
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team e.g. filing, photocopying, drafting communications, scheduling
• Support onboarding activities such as preparation of documents, and coordination with other departments as needed
• Help maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR files and databases
• Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement programs, and other HR-related events

About you

• College Degree - Related field of study in Human Resource Management
• Open to students without any pending subjects (or 1 pending subject only)
