Human Resource Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.

• Assist with offer, joining, and onboarding formalities.

• Collect and maintain candidate/employee documents and records.

• Update recruitment and employee data in Excel/HR systems.

• Prepare basic HR MIS and recruitment reports.

• Support walk-in drives and other HR activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/pursuing graduation in HR, Management, or a related field.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Freshers with an interest in HR/Recruitment are welcome.
