Chaayos is looking for an HR Intern to join our Pune team a great opportunity to get hands-on HR exposure across the full employee lifecycle.
Location: Pune (Full-time, in-office)
Duration: 6 months, with PPO based on performance
What you'll work on:
Recruitment — sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring
Onboarding — ensuring smooth induction for new joiners
Caf visits — on-ground engagement with store teams
Employee connect & grievance handling — supporting a positive workplace experience
