About the Role

ETDOX is looking for an energetic and organized HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to help us build and manage our growing team across technology, sales, marketing, business development, and operations.

The HR will be responsible for finding talented candidates, managing recruitment, coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding, maintaining employee records, and helping develop a professional company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Identify and source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, universities, and professional networks.
• Create and publish job descriptions.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
• Coordinate technical and management interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare offer letters, joining documents, and onboarding materials.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate internship and full-time recruitment.
• Work with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
• Support employee engagement and internal communication.
• Help establish HR policies, processes, and company guidelines.
• Track recruitment metrics such as applications, interviews, offers, and joining rates.
• Support performance reviews and employee development activities.
• Help build ETDOX's employer brand and recruitment presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable using LinkedIn and job portals.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
