About the Role-

UXDLAB Software is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive **HR Intern** to join our HR team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and day-to-day people management activities.

Key Responsibilities-

* Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and professional platforms.

* Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Maintain and update candidate and employee records.

* Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.

* Support day-to-day HR operations and documentation.

* Coordinate with different teams regarding employee-related activities.

* Assist the HR team in maintaining a positive workplace environment.

Requirements-

* Graduate or pursuing graduation in **HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field**.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred.

* **Immediate joiners preferred.**
