Human Resource Intern

Rojgar With Ankit (RWA) is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Intern to support our HR team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who want practical exposure to the complete recruitment and employee lifecycle.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with joining formalities, onboarding, and HR documentation.
• Follow up with shortlisted and selected candidates.
• Support employee engagement and other HR activities.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates pursuing an MBA/PGDM in HR may apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work responsibly.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
